renewable energy production incentive
Are we still going to see incentives in Canada, for applications of renewable energy for residential use?
A push towards a cleaner environment is to force the government to implement the use of renewable energy technology. Until Now, monetary incentives were present for the mass production. If residential incentive was available, I would like to renovate my house with energy solar / wind power and a tie in the network.
I see these things as well, but the costs are prohibitive. I know you can ask some of your energy from a renewable resource, but it would be nice to get the technology to do so the house. Everyone has to do their part and, unfortunately, we are approaching the point of no return WRT global warming. Perhaps those that care enough to shake teeth. Having said that I looked into solar energy for some time back, and it is just too much. But to answer your question, I think we will see the incentives at any time. At some point it is irresponsible of a government not to protect the future of its citizens and even less land. Great question and I wish more people considered the earth more of a priority
